As the winter season kicks off, we’re fully engaged in various competitions, with entries in the Cambridge TSA League, Devon League, NSRA Team League, 50m Individual Club League and the NSRA Individual Leagues.
We hosted the Champion of Champions final, with both of our entries making it to the final! Mark Lemin claimed victory, and I finished 4th.
We are looking forward to the Christmas Shoot at Budleigh Farm on December 8th.
Competition Updates
The Devon Winter League has started with 29 entrants and 3 teams of 3. While round 1 had some initial hiccups, these have been resolved. Unfortunately, one of the Pinhoe A team members missed rounds 1 and 2, and due to league rules, substitution isn’t allowed.
In the NSRA Winter S/R Competition eight individual members are competing, and we have 3 teams of 3 in the team league. We await the results of the first 2 rounds with great anticipation.
We have 12 members shooting individually and 4 teams of 3 in the Cambridgeshire Postal League. After rounds 1 and 2, our individual performances have been mixed.
Overall, a busy start to the season with challenges, but we’re pushing through!
