This year saw the return of the Pinhoe Trophy competition, with ten teams entered in the trophy competition, as well as separate individual and time-limit competitions. The shooting on the day was incredibly close, which always makes for a good day of shooting.

The Pinhoe Trophy was won by Mike Lemon, Dave Lemon, and Simon Teed, representing Budleigh Salterton, with a adjusted team score of 899. The Bideford A team of Bart Kelly, Yvonne Hoile, and Peter Thomson were runners-up with a adjusted score of 898.

The Individual Trophy had 30 shooters across three classes. Mike Taylor (Pinhoe) won Class A with a score of 200, while Peter Hobbs (Pinhoe) was only two points behind with 198. Keith Ellet (Tavistock) scored 195 to win Class B, and Bart Kelly (Bideford) scored 194 to secure runner-up. Finally, Class C was won by Roger Bird (Pinhoe), shooting a solid 197, followed by Amy Rudman (Bideford) with 193.

Time-limit competitions are always fun to enter, and this year was no exception. Of the 19 who entered, Peter Hobbs (Pinhoe) was victorious with 98 points, Lindsay Agates (Pinhoe) was runner-up with 97, and Dave Lemon (Budleigh Salterton) was just one point behind with 96.
