Pinhoe Open Short Range Bench Rest Challenge 2023
Competition Details
This competition will consist of 40 shots at 25 yards with separate competitions for 22LR and Air Rifles. You may enter both competitions. There will also be an inclusive Speed Shoot Competition consisting 10 shots over a 90 second period. Targets will be NSRA 2510BR 15 18. Scoring both calibres will be done using .22 gauges. Bench Rest tables and seating will be provided.
Ample car parking is available at the Club there will be light refreshments and drinks at reasonable prices. Ammunition may also be purchased.
Prizes will be distributed after the meeting. Your entry fee will include free admission into a prize draw.
Rules & Procedures
All shooting will be under the control of the Senior Range Conducting Officer or Assisting RCO’s. On the Range all rifles must have a breech flag and or bolt removed until given permission by the RCO to commence.
Air Rifles must not exceed 12ft/lb. In general, NSRA rules and regulations will apply.
Ties will be decided on count back then number of x’s. Challenges or disputes will be taken under consideration by members of the Range Committee.
Entry in to this Competition confirms your acceptance of the rules and that any relevant personal details will be released to the appropriate authorities if requested.

Detail and Squadding
Squad times are 09:30, 11:00, 12:30, 14:30 and 15:30. Each detail will be structured as follows:
- 10 minutes to setup
- 40 minutes to shoot cards, with 5 minutes between each round
- 90 seconds for the Speed Shoot, with 15 minutes to set up and clear
