Please note that the range booking system is available for when there is not a Duty Officer present.

You do not need to book weekday evenings as a Duty Officer will open the ranges and control proceedings.

Club members can use the online booking system to reserve any of the Pinhoe ranges for 1 or 2 hour shooting sessions using the link shown below.

Please note at least 2 club members must be present at the range for shooting to take place.

Also please note you will need your membership number to sign in and, if using your own firearm, its serial number.

You should see a screen similar to this:-

Enter your name or email address in all lower case letters.

Enter you membership number using capital letters and numbers.

You should now see a screen similar to this:-

Select the date required from the pop out calendar which appears when you click on the date to the left the Go to box and click on Go to. Then switch to the Day option. Also depending on the day you will need to select Pinhoe Prone, Pinhoe Air 10m or Pinhoe Benchrest/LSR 20m to display the entries in the schedule.

You should now see a screen similar to this:-

Enter your name in lane 1,3 or 5 and select a one or two hour slot, do this by clicking on the desired slot which will bring up a screen like this:-

Please note the firearm serial number is required as we are not completing a written record of shooting and the information is required to comply with Home Office regulations, so please enter all details and click on the save box.

When finished entering details, click on Log off.
