NSRA Club Instructor (Benchrest)

The NSRA Club Instructor Course is designed to equip aspiring instructors with the practical knowledge, techniques, and confidence needed to effectively support and progress new and more experienced shooters at club level. This hands-on course focuses on teaching the core elements of Benchrest Rifle shooting including range safety, equipment selection, the shot process and instructional techniques. The course is ideal for shooters who have some experience of the benchrest discipline and who may also interested in improving their own shooting performance as well as instructing others in their club.

It is best if participants bring their own rifle (.177air or .22 live) but we can loan some equipment if it is required. There is no need to bring ammunition since it will be provided as needed. If you bring your own equipment it is your responsibility to ensure that its transportation complies with current legal requirements.

To attend this course you need to be a current NSRA member and hold an NSRA RCO licence. You can delay becoming an RCO but your Instructor licence will be not be issued until you are an NSRA RCO.
