Pinhoe Trophy 2026: four disciplines, teams of three

The Pinhoe Trophy Open Shoot, first awarded in 1968, returns to the Pinhoe TSC ranges on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2026, and this year it covers four disciplines: Prone, Benchrest, LSR and 10m Air (pistol and rifle).

How it works

Each discipline has a team competition for teams of three shooters. Every team member shoots three cards and chooses their own start. The team with the highest score is awarded the Pinhoe Trophy, which stays at Pinhoe with the winner's name added.

Every team member also counts in an individual competition, scored on the aggregate of the first two team cards and split into classes based on the averages submitted on the entry form. There is an optional individual time-limit competition as well, and juniors (under 18 on the day) compete for a Junior medal.

Entering

Team entry is £8 per competitor, including the individual competition, and the optional time-limit competition is £3. Squads run in one-hour slots from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both days, so please give your squad choices in order of preference on the entry form.
